Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage hospital financial operations, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Analyze hospital financial performance and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, audits, and regulatory reports.
Work closely with the healthcare administration team to manage expenses, hospital revenue cycles, and financial reporting.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts tailored to the hospital environment.
Maintain strong internal controls and adhere to healthcare industry-specific financial regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as an accountant in the healthcare or hospital industry.
In-depth knowledge of hospital finance, billing processes, revenue cycle management, and healthcare accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
