This is a full-time onsite position in Basra, Iraq with travel requirement.

Key Objectives
Scope
Travel Admin is responsible for providing all the support needed to the tickets and hotel reservation team by preparing and distributing daily travel reports and supporting travel-related services in alignment with company policies as well as performing different administrative related tasks. Travel admin should report to travel section head or other contacts as determined by the Company.

- Experience of working with diverse cultures.

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels in the organization and various cultural backgrounds.
- Professionalism, proactive, flexibility, reliability, discretion, influential and intuitive.
- Managing highly pressurized emergency situations.
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Primary point of contact (Iraq based) for all travel related queries, problems, and day to day airport related requirements.
- Work in a direct way with travel agencies for all needed booking guided by Travel Supervisor.
- Handle all Ticketing & Travel related matters for staff of the company and make sure that there is a certain link between flights.
- Handle all hotel reservations when needed as a back up to the Reservation Team.
- Handle all travel reports, such as in/Out Schedule Report, POB, etc.
- Work with Travel and Logistic Supervisors for travel approvals, adjustments, and emergency action.
- Assessing all issued visas for accuracy and compliance, identifying errors and rectifying as required.
- Review travel requests and ensure continued compliance with mandatory travel policies.
- Daily report of movements for travel inbound and outbound of Iraq, providing reports to Security and management as well as all involved travelers.
- Electronic database management for all personnel profiles.

Expected
- Experience with logistics and administration, able to manage documentation and record keeping..
- Data management using multiple complex systems.
- MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements.
- Accuracy, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Competent computer skills; presentation, spreadsheets, document preparation.
- Minimum of 5 years in similar roles.
