At Eni, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) within the Zubair Field Operating Division (Zubair Mishrif Expansion) in Basra, Iraq. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the operational parameters of the water injection process, in compliance with Eni standards, to ensure asset protection and the achievement of operational objectives .
Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the management of personnel under their responsibility.
- Supervise and coordinate daily water injection operations to ensure continuous and efficient performance.
- Monitor and record key operating parameters (flow, pressure, temperature, and injection rates) to maintain optimal process conditions.
- Oversee the start-up and shutdown of water injection equipment following established procedures.
- Coordinate with SH WI and maintenance teams for scheduled and unscheduled production and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and manage the handover report for the B2B, ensuring all relevant operational details, anomalies, and pending activities are clearly documented.
- Ensure strict adherence to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.
- Participate in safety audits, inspections and risk assessments to proactively identify hazards.
- Ensure that all work inside the DGSN facilities is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Guarantee that proper Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed before maintenance interventions.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for personnel under supervision.
- Actively contribute to environmental protection by ensuring minimal waste and optimal resource utilization.
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Extensive experience in an oil and gas plant or refinery.
- Compliant with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) instructions.
- Solid knowledge of effective intervention methods on equipment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration with other departments.
- Good management skills.
- Fluency in the English language.
