Day to day job activities.

Fundamental knowledge in accounting and must possess data entry skills in excel.
Maintaining of various Ledgers in excel and in ERP System.
Withdrawal of petty cash from banks, Maintaining Office petty cash, verifying the invoices and disbursement of cash after the adequate approvals
Data entry in excel in relation with day-to-day expenses, cash payments, bank payments etc.
Coordinating with Bank for the day-to-day transfer requirements.
Invoice preparations and maintaining track of Invoices.
Inventory/Asset controlling and tracking.
Prepare necessary documents/reports in Kurdish and English.
Monthly collection of account statements from all the suppliers and reconciliation.
Weekly bank reconciliation and daily petty cash reconciliation.
Social Security and Income Tax calculation.
Maintaining Files – both Hard copy and Soft copy.
Payable Management - Preparation of regular reports like petty cash expense forecast, bank payment forecast etc.
Receivable Management - Monthly forecast of expected collections.
Passing of journal entries in the system and reconciliation of trial balance with various modules.
Closing entries like prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, depreciation, amortization etc in the system.
Follow-up with employees for the settlement of Imprest expenses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Fluent English and Kurdish
At least one year of experience in finance is required
Strong excel skills is needed
