Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor located in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily reservation activities, ensuring excellent communication with customers, providing exceptional customer service, monitoring and improving customer satisfaction, and conducting training sessions for reservation staff.

Job Requirements
- Years of Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations, travel agencies, or airline booking systems.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Education Level:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience in reservations and travel management may also be considered.
- Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and online booking platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and resolve booking issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Other Requirements: Familiarity with visa processing, travel regulations, and hotel/tour package coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high booking volumes.
