Accountabilities:
- Relationships in the region by providing them with the full suite of financial services products & services
- Maximize profitability by continuous sales calls to existing clients and new clients. Also obtain new referrals
- Develop an action plan (daily, weekly, and monthly) to acquire new client relationships as well as broadening existing client relationships
- Achieve sales targets in line with best practice standards of services and acting as a “Trusted Advisor” to the Elite clients
- Have all clients’ files updated and ensure that all documents related to client are available in order to comply to KYC and AML Regulations
- Provide financial services solutions to the Elite client base
- Identify and acquire new Elite clients to achieve “New To Bank” targets as well as achieving cross sell targets
- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients (proactive calls and visits) in order to have client’s ownership
- Provide the highest level of services to the Regional Elite Clients according to our Elite Regional Recognition standards
- Review existing client relationships to ensure a greater share of wallet and higher cross sell ratios
- Monitor own portfolio (quarterly reviews and portfolio management
- Acquire client feedback for any suggestions and bring up to date ideas for new products and service
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university. Relevant professional certification
Experience: 3 - 5 years in relationship management and sales of financial products with a leading. Proven record of building relationships and closing business
Competencies:
- Excellent communication, networking and selling skills Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills
- Good knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and investment management
- Sound understanding of market dynamics / trends, and internal & external policies & controls regulations
- Ability to provide financial solutions to sophisticated clients
