Job description,
Finance Admin will be responsible for handling all cash related operations in addition to manage and perform all finance admin activities according to Talia Limited – Iraq policy and regulation.
Responsibilities,
- Talia Limited – Iraq safes full process of cash on hand maintenance.
- Ensuring all supplier statements are kept and checked for any unpaid invoices.
- Identifies and seeks reimbursement for all personal and formal employee’s cash advances and their settlements.
- Processing and recording all of Accounts Receivables & Payables transactions.
- Maintaining records regarding receivables & Payables payments and account statuses.
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable & payable ledgers and journals are up to date.
- Coordinate with the relevant department(s) and stakeholder(s) to review accounts, client or supplier payments and credit history.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork.
- Prepare and generate weekly, monthly, and annual Cash reports and statements for internal use.
- Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
- Supporting the rest of the finance team in case needed.
- Perform any other task that might be requested by the financial controller.
Qualifications,
- The Finance Admin should have formal accounting training at college or business school level At least 1 year of experience or (for non-financial and accounting certified) at least 2 years practical experience in the same role.
- Performing all duties and responsibilities related to the complete cash management cycle and the role of finance admin.
- Experience of ERP such as SAP and MS Dynamics are considered an asset.
