We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading banking institution. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a strong command of office applications, particularly in creating professional PowerPoint presentations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure seamless communication and coordination within the executive office.
Requirements
- Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO
- Communication and Liaison:
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and senior management, board members, and external partners
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents in both English and Arabic
- Meeting and Presentation Management:
- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes
- Design and create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Ensure all presentation materials are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with the bank's branding guidelines
- Office Management:
- Maintain an organized filing system for executive documents and records
- Coordinate office operations and ensure the executive office runs efficiently
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries to the CEO's office
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and prepare reports
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate executive events, conferences, and board meetings
- Handle logistics, including venue booking, catering, and guest management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- Proven experience in managing executive-level calendars, travel, and communications
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and visual materials.
- Familiarity with office management tools and software.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory
