Job Overview:
Providing administrative support for daily operations by handling various administrative tasks. These tasks include document management, meeting coordination, scheduling assistance, and providing maintenance and transportation support to ensure smooth operations within the company.

working Hours: 8 Hours/Day
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general office tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintaining organized filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
- Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and generating reports as needed.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for employees as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of documents, approvals, and transactions.
- Monitoring office supplies and requesting replenishments as needed.
- Assisting in preparing presentation materials, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested.
- Handling sensitive information confidentially and ensuring compliance with the company’s confidentiality policies.
- Overseeing company facilities and buildings in terms of maintenance, daily and monthly supplies, and supervising the preparation of necessary equipment and materials.
- Acting as a liaison between the needs of employees in the company accommodation and management to ensure requirements are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A high school diploma is required; a diploma or university degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an industrial or refinery environment.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to professional appearance and work ethics.
