Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data to provide actionable insights, support decision-making processes, and drive continuous improvement within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
- Strategic Insight:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and assist in implementing solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT, to ensure data needs are met.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Data Integrity:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and quality checks.
- Maintain documentation of methodologies and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, engineering Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required
