JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for effectively implementing the merchandising strategy by making the product visible, avoiding out of stock situations and optimizing the use of trade and marketing budgets to increase sell out.
Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Possess comprehensive knowledge of merchandising fundamentals and abide by them when entering any store
Report to Trade Marketing Manager and Sales Supervisor market information related to competitor’s activities (new launched products, price changes, initiatives, display modifications, promotion alerts); take pictures if possible
Ensure that company’s range of products are available on the shelves, if not; coordinate with the responsible at point of sale to fill-up the shelves from warehouse
Optimize use of point of sales material and update them as needed ensuring that all company material is maintained in excellent condition
Maintain store shelves to comply with set planograms and provide optimum display of products by removing damaged goods, tidying store shelves, making sure products are clean
Ensure the execution and maintenance of contracts in assigned stores, in case of any discrepancies report to management
Maintain healthy inventory by restocking shelves when empty, observing stock levels, advising responsible customer consultant to reorder when levels appear low and arranging return of defective products
Inform management regarding performance of products (overstocking on shelves or in warehouse for a long period of time, under stocking, products positive shelf turnover…) to take corrective actions
Set-up displays in case of promotion and ensure discounted price is visible on stand. Observe customer reaction to special promotions and provide feedback to management. Remove displays at the end of promotion
Handle the return of expired promotional products: negotiate with clients in order to return products sent to warehouse and out them back on shelf. Make sure that defective products are returned to company warehouse
Negotiate better visibility for the company’s portfolio with client
Propose to management to send goody bags to clients to stay on good terms whenever needed while remaining within budget assigned
Support the customer consultant when needed by taking orders (only during shortages in warehouse)
Submit to management on a weekly basis trade monitoring report (price fishing vs competition, product availablity vs competitions, recommendations to improve visibility and availibility)

التأكد من توفر مجموعة منتجات الشركة على الرفوف، وإذا لم يكن الأمر كذلك؛ التنسيق مع الشخص المسؤول في نقطة البيع لملء الرفوف من المستودع
تحسين استخدام مواد نقاط البيع وتحديثها حسب الحاجة لضمان الحفاظ على جميع مواد الشركة في حالة ممتازة
الحفاظ على أرفف المتجر لتتوافق مع المخططات المحددة وتوفير العرض الأمثل للمنتجات عن طريق إزالة البضائع التالفة وترتيب أرفف المتجر والتأكد من نظافة المنتجات
ضمان تنفيذ وصيانة العقود في المخازن المخصصة، في حالة وجود أي اختلافات يتم إبلاغ الإدارة بها
الحفاظ على مخزون سليم من خلال إعادة تخزين الرفوف عندما تكون فارغة، ومراقبة مستويات المخزون، وتقديم المشورة لمستشار العملاء المسؤول لإعادة الطلب عندما تبدو المستويات منخفضة وترتيب إرجاع المنتجات المعيبة
إبلاغ الإدارة فيما يتعلق بأداء المنتجات (التخزين الزائد على الرفوف أو في المستودع لفترة طويلة من الزمن، أو نقص التخزين، أو معدل دوران المنتجات على الرفوف الإيجابي …) لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
يعرض الإعداد في حالة الترقية ويضمن ظهور السعر المخفض على المنصة. مراقبة رد فعل العملاء تجاه العروض الترويجية الخاصة وتقديم الملاحظات إلى الإدارة. قم بإزالة العروض في نهاية العرض الترويجي
التعامل مع عودة المنتجات الترويجية منتهية الصلاحية: التفاوض مع العملاء من أجل إرجاع المنتجات المرسلة إلى المستودع وإعادتها إلى الرف. التأكد من إرجاع المنتجات المعيبة إلى مستودعات الشركة
التفاوض على رؤية أفضل لمحفظة الشركة مع العميل
اقترح على الإدارة إرسال حقائب جيدة للعملاء للبقاء في حالة جيدة عند الحاجة مع البقاء في حدود الميزانية المخصصة
دعم مستشار العملاء عند الحاجة عن طريق تلقي الطلبات (فقط أثناء النقص في المستودع)
تقديم تقرير مراقبة التجارة إلى الإدارة على أساس أسبوعي (صيد الأسعار مقابل المنافسة، وتوافر المنتج مقابل المنافسين، والتوصيات لتحسين الرؤية والتوافر)؛

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with FMCG products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with team members, clients, and other stakeholder.

Languages:

Fluency in Kurdish
Fluency in Arabic
English is a Plus
