Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Provide accurate and clear information about company products and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer service processes
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written) is required
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (CRM)
• A customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
