Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call Center Management: Handle and manage all incoming calls, including general inquiries, emergency situations, and client-specific requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with medical staff.
- Safety System Monitoring: Supervise alarm, fire, and surveillance systems, promptly addressing any alerts or irregularities to ensure safety and security.
- Compressor Operations: Oversee the operation of the compressor device in the dental department, ensuring it is turned on and off as required and remains in proper working condition.
- Ambulance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of ambulance departure and return times in Microsoft Excel, ensuring an up-to-date log to support operational efficiency.
- Reception Duties: Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally, collect their details, and log the information into Microsoft Excel for accurate tracking and administrative management.
- Processing Insurance cases.

- Proven experience in hospital administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on efficiency.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with expertise in conflict resolution.
- Proficient in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
