Hospitality Coordinator – SAS Erbil
Main duties & responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming the guests, Answering and referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and giving instructions. Directs customers to the correct department and notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting. To contribute positively as part of a team
Required Qualification:
- A BSc. degree in business administration, or any related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, in customer-facing roles, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, a professional demeanor, and good knowledge of MS Office software.
- Excellent communication, and time management skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic languages are required.
