
Job Identification
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Associate who is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensure the marketing department runs smoothly to be part of our Marketing team located in Baghdad, Iraq.
What We Expect
- Follow up field execution with agencies.
- Follow up Picos (Coca-Cola standard) and investment correctly in the field: Racks and displays, Signage, POSM implementation, Cooler activation
- Outlet investment analyses and reporting.
- Presentation and reporting monthly and quarterly.
- Creating PR.
- Market visit Weekly and Monthly
- Reporting any kind of competitors activities, collecting market insights, feedback, and action
- MM Management at warehouses, lead to execute CCI standards of storage condition and MM inventory
- Reporting SFI results
- Training / coaching / regular meeting with sales team to implement the standard of merchandizing
- Responsible to contact and control suppliers during implementation, dispatching to warehouses, distribution, for effective visibility of products in the market
- Coordinating branding opportunities with sales team & customers for sales points
- Developing & Coordinating with Customer (campaigns) to drive instore executions and initiatives
- Developing and managing Point of Purchase, display initiatives, and in-store tactics to drive incremental sales for our retailers
- Foot on the ground with sales team to check Pico's toolkit execution, Merchandising, Cooler planogram, field execution.
- Creation PR & following PO workflow
- Presentation and reporting quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing or engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in functional and marketing sector
- Highly analytical.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects.
- Able to travel (domestic and international).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP and Warehouse Management.
- Advance in English.
- Openness to change and diversity.
- Ability to work in team.
- Quality orientation and result oriented.
- Good knowledge of CCI Business Systems.
- Managerial and/or other functions experience is a plus.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-function teams, upper management and Corporate.
