Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Administration, business or related
Experience: at least 2 years (1 year in the field of Administrative Affairs)
FOREIGN LANGUAGE : – Kurdish, Engilsh/Turkish, Arabic is a plus
DRIVER’S LICENSE : – Required
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE : Proficient in MS Office Programs
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. To check whether the contents of the contracts made with the food, security, cleaning (Administration offices, etc) companies that provide subcontractor services in our company are fulfilled.
6.2. To ensure that all cleaning, stationery and human consumption materials needed by the business are always complete.
6.3. To ensure that the entrance and exit of the business are made as specified in the regulations.
6.4. To ensure that the cash register is kept and entered into the system.
6.5. To ensure that the invoices related to financial transactions are followed up and entered into the system.
6.6. To prepare weekly payment plans and follow up on payments.
6.7. To analyze unit costs.
6.8. To follow up on the financial aspect after the necessary fuel requirement of the business is provided.
6.9. To ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules in business operations. To determine training needs in this regard and to report to the Business Manager.
6.10. To ensure that the work clothes and all PPE of the company employees are provided.
6.11. To receive, evaluate and implement feedback regarding the improvement of physical working conditions.
6.12. To make all arrangements for the accommodation, transportation, etc. of the guests during all visits to the company.
6.13. To ensure that the waste in the company is disposed of regularly.
6.14. To ensure that precautions are taken against work and vehicle accidents. To transport the injured to the hospital in case of an accident, to keep accident statistics.
6.15. To inform the Company Manager daily for all the above-mentioned processes.
6.16. To fulfill the tasks assigned within the company management activities appropriate to his/her competence.
6.17. To play an active role in lean transformation studies, to contribute to the continuous increase in the standards of the company. (5S, Teamwork, etc.).
6.18. To ensure the order, tidiness and cleanliness of the area he/she is responsible for. To prevent the mess in the area, to remove unnecessary equipment in the area or to ensure the control of necessary equipment in the area.

• Initiate corrective action and take necessary actions in case the process does not meet the expected performance.
• Comply with the occupational safety rules in all work areas and work environments, including the use of the provided personal protective equipment.
• Be informed about emergencies, environment and work accidents and act accordingly. Inform the Unit Manager and the ÇSG representative in case of an environment and work accident.
• Work in line with the Zero Waste approach.
• Adopt the sustainability approach (economic, environmental and social).
• Work in accordance with the Information Security policy and KVKK.
• Implement the guidelines regarding information privacy and KVKK in communication channels.
• Act in line with the principles of confidentiality, integrity and accessibility in order to effectively manage information security.
