SCOPE OF THE JOB
The E-Commerce Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate database records and for supporting the E-Commerce Dpt. in running the online shop in Iraq
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and sort items from stores and initiate steps to integrate into E-Commerce Department.
- Ensure delivering of high standards customer service and maximize sales in line with the company objectives and targets.
- Handle the end-to-end operation cycle of the e-commerce shop to increase customers’ satisfaction, including site performance, speed and quality of service, order fulfillment and deliveries.
- Initiate orders processing from order requisition (SO) until delivery as per the E-Commerce P&P.
- Ensure proper documentation of the E-Commerce orders and invoicing, aiming to conserve proper database.
- Prepare clients orders on daily basis and maintain proper coordination with the logistics company & warehouse team, to ensure on time delivery of orders.
- Maintain high level of customer service and reply to customers’ complaints.
- Process and validate inventory transactions, to ensure accurate stock on hand and minimize the discrepancy rate.
- Follow up on purchase orders and processes to ensure continuous system update with stock level upon receipt of shipments.
- Assist in preparation of needed written description, pictures…of items. Process local change of prices and season transactions into website.
- Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience in a similar role. Retail experience is a plus.
- Linguistic Skills: Advanced in written & spoken English and Arabic
- Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
