The position is responsible for performing confidential administrative clerical duties relating to organizing and coordinating department activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains meeting and schedule calendar for the Department Head.
- Ensures confidentiality of reports, plans, meetings, discussions, designs and all information sensitive in nature.
- Coordinates with departments on status updates of pending tasks as instructed by the Department Head.
- Organizes and maintains computerized records of documents and transmittals.
- Receives opens, screens, logs and date stamps documents as required
- Makes arrangements to receive guests/clients.
- Makes travel and accommodation arrangements for Department Head.
- Orders office supplies and ensures availability.
- Performs general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, typing, data entry, opening mail, and completing and processing documents.
- Prepares and consolidates reports and presentations.
- Performs related administrative work.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as requested.
- Respond to inquiries that do not require the personal attention of the Department Head.
- Screen and Direct Calls, emails, as required.
- Consolidate reports and presentations.

Bachelor’s Degree
