You job requires:
Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Operational Management: Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Customer Service: Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Sales and Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Staff Development: Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively to attract customers.
Budget Management: Manage the store budget, including expenses, payroll, and other financial aspects, to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance, sales trends, and other key metrics.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, both with customers and internal operations.
