IF You have a Previous experience in a retail management role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit.
Proficiency in Turkish and English.
And a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field(preferred).
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in retail management.

You job is to:
-Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
-Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
-Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
-Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
-Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively to attract customers.
-Manage the store budget, including expenses, payroll, and other financial aspects, to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance, sales trends, and other key metrics.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
-Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, both with customers and internal operations.
