Duties and Responsibilities:
- Emergency Room (ER) Support: Conduct routine checks and assist the medical team in managing ER cases efficiently.
- Crash Bag Maintenance: Regularly inspect the crash bag to ensure all emergency supplies are complete and functional.
- Pre-Employment Health Screenings: Perform health assessments for new employees as required.
- Clinic Room Setup: Prepare and maintain clinic rooms to adhere to high patient care standards.
- ICU Staffing: Assign a nurse to cover ICU care when a patient is admitted, ensuring adequate support.
- High-Quality Patient Care: Provide exemplary care to patients, ensuring a positive and comforting experience.
- Complaint Handling: Address and resolve patient care complaints promptly and professionally.
- Home Care Services: Deliver exceptional support for patients requiring at-home care.
- Medication and Equipment Verification: Conduct thorough checks of all medications and equipment before use.
- Hospital and Field Operations: Remain flexible to work both within the hospital and in patient outreach programs as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in healthcare or a clinical setting and 1 year of ICU.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
Working Hours: 8 Hours shirt/1 5 shift per month
