Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Officer to join our team. This role involves managing and enhancing our presence across multiple social media channels, fostering community engagement, and executing creative campaigns to strengthen our brand visibility and boost user interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, posting, and monitoring.
- Create engaging and creative content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the company’s brand and voice.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize social media strategies.
- Organize and participate in social media campaigns and contests to drive audience interaction.
- Work with influencers and partners to expand reach and increase engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media paid advertising is a plus.
