Job Summary:
Titanic Hotel & Spa, a prestigious five-star destination in Iraq, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the overall operations of the F&B department. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality, capable of delivering exceptional service, optimizing revenue, and maintaining high standards across all dining outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, banqueting, and events.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase profitability.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize departmental efficiency.
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team on menu development, presentation, and promotions.
- Recruit, train, and develop the F&B team to uphold 5-star service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Marketing) to ensure smooth operations and event success.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
- Establish vendor relationships and oversee procurement of F&B supplies and equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience (minimum 5–7 years) as an F&B Manager in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B trends, wine, fine dining, and international cuisines.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Lebanese nationality preferred due to regional familiarity and culinary influence.
