Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie specializing in Italian Cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing delicious Italian dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes according to recipes and standards.
2. Assist the head chef in creating menu items, developing new recipes, and maintaining high-quality food standards.
3. Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
4. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience working as a Chef De Partie in Italian Cuisine.
2. In-depth knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Certification from a culinary school or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
