Job Summary:
Titanic Hotel & Spa is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager in all aspects of the department’s operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and be dedicated to delivering world-class guest experiences in line with the hotel’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
- Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Support in menu planning, promotions, and coordination with the culinary team for high-quality food offerings.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety regulations, and hotel policies.
- Aid in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels efficiently.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets.
- Act as F&B Manager in their absence, maintaining seamless operations.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment that aligns with hotel culture and values.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial F&B role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of international cuisine, fine dining, and current F&B trends.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
