Job overview: The Sales Specialist is responsible for acquiring new clients for TipTop by identifying and engaging potential leads, presenting the app’s features and benefits, and demonstrating its value to drive adoption. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and closing sales to expand the app’s user base effectively.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential restaurant clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Engage with prospective clients to introduce the app, highlight its features, and demonstrate its benefits.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the app’s value and address client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers to foster trust and drive client acquisition.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with new clients to expand the app’s user base.
• Follow up with prospective clients to address any questions or concerns and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for attracting new clients.
• Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
• Provide feedback to the development team on client needs and market trends to inform product improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the app.
Minimum years of experience:1-2 years of work experience
Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
Languages: English-upper-intermediate, Advanced Arabic, Native Kurdish
