Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Supplier Accounting: Supervise and handle daily accounting operations for suppliers, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile supplier accounts to confirm balance accuracy and address any discrepancies swiftly.
Travel and Expense Management: Oversee accounting related to employee business travel and expenses, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
Advance Payment Clearances: Manage the clearance process for employee advance payments, maintaining meticulous records.
Fuel Inventory Control: Conduct weekly physical verifications of fuel stocks to ensure inventory accuracy and monitor usage.
Spare Parts and Accessories Inventory: Perform ongoing inventory checks to keep stock records precise and prevent stock discrepancies.
IUAS Management: Handle monthly activities related to IUAS (please specify if needed), ensuring financial reporting is compliant and accurate.

Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, experience in automotive sector is preferable
Proficiency in Accounting
Fluency in Arabic and English
Bachelor’s degree.
