Sales Supervisor
Main duties & responsibilities:
The sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets for Tadano and Komatsu machinery. developing sales strategies, monitoring team members, and building strong client relationships. The supervisor also oversees market research, performance tracking, and negotiation of deals to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
Required Qualification:
- A BSc. degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and leadership skills.
- Strong data analysis abilities to drive results, familiarity with CRM software.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic languages is mandatory.
