Job Summary
Drivers are responsible for operating a bus and adhering to a daily schedule while transporting passengers on regular routes throughout Martyr BG Ali Flaih AB, Balad. They will pick up and drop off passengers exclusively at authorized bus stops. Additionally, drivers are required to perform all inspections as outlined by company policies and procedures. They are expected to promote teamwork and actively participate in the quality improvement process. The driver will actively support and uphold the company's vision, mission, and values.

Job Responsibilities
- Check the bus tires, lights, oil, and other essential maintenance.
- Keep the bus clean and presentable to the public.
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
- Follow planned routes according to the schedule.
- Obey traffic laws and transit regulations.
- Adhere to procedures to ensure all passengers are safe.
- Keep passengers informed about any delays.
- Report accidents or other traffic disruptions to safety personnel and management.
- Listen to and promptly address passenger complaints.
- Observe traffic and people to ensure the safety of passengers.
- Inspect and verify vehicles or other equipment for serviceability, evidence of abuse, damage, or mechanical malfunction, and correctly fill out dispatch documents.
- Inspect vehicles or equipment to ensure compliance with rules, standards, or regulations.
- Perform inspections as required by company policies and procedures.
- Promotes teamwork and actively participates in the quality improvement process.
- Practice and ensure compliance with all established safety policies and standards.
- Employees need to be flexible, productive, team players, and follow the direction given by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
- A commercial vehicle driver’s license is required for operating buses.
- Experience in government or commercial vehicle maintenance is preferred.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
- Vocational or specialized training is preferred.
- Experience working in or around a military environment is desirable.
- Qualified to operate government vehicles according to AFI 24-301, Vehicle Operations is preferred.
Physical Requirements And Work Conditions
- Required to work in an austere environment under extremely hot weather conditions.
- Physical tasks may include climbing ladders, sitting or standing for extended periods, and performing movements such as stooping, stretching, or bending.
- Individuals must be able to sit and concentrate for extended periods.

- فحص المركبات أو المعدات الأخرى والتحقق من صلاحيتها للصيانة، أو وجود أدلة على إساءة الاستخدام أو التلف أو العطل الميكانيكي، وملء مستندات الإرسال بشكل صحيح.
- فحص المركبات أو المعدات لضمان الامتثال للقواعد أو المعايير أو اللوائح.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش وفقًا لما تقتضيه سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- تعزيز العمل الجماعي والمشاركة بنشاط في عملية تحسين الجودة.

المؤهلات الوظيفية
- مطلوب رخصة قيادة مركبة تجارية لتشغيل الحافلات.
- يفضل الخبرة في صيانة المركبات الحكومية أو التجارية.
- يفضل الحصول على دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله.
- يفضل التدريب المهني أو المتخصص.
- يفضل الخبرة في العمل في بيئة عسكرية أو حولها.
- يفضل المؤهل لتشغيل المركبات الحكومية وفقًا لـ AFI 24-301، ويفضل تشغيل المركبات.
