Job shift: (Saturday – Thursday).

Start date: Immediately.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Years of experience: Minimum 1 year experience in the related field.
Language: Arabic and English, Kurdish is a plus.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO Responsibilities:
– Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
– Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests, ensuring that the CEO’s time is efficiently allocated.
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, calls, and written correspondence.
– Draft, edit, and proofread documents and presentations for internal and external communication.
– Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
– Ensure that all travel logistics are seamless and cost-effective.
– Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
– Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items.
– Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
– Track progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
– Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
– Build and maintain relationships with key contacts on behalf of the CEO.
– Manage the CEO’s office, ensuring that it is organized and equipped for daily operations.
– Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
– Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences on behalf of the CEO.
– Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
– Conduct research on various topics, industries, and competitors as requested by the CEO.
– Prepare reports and summaries based on research findings.
