🔰Operator – Penjwen Tissue Manufacturing
⚜️Reports To: Shift Supervisor
⚜️Department: Operation – Production
⚜️Working Hours : Full-time, 6 days and 48 hours a week.
🔰 Key Responsibilities:
⚜️Monitoring Operations: Regularly patrol production lines to monitor machine performance, identify irregularities, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
⚜️Equipment Operation: Operate and control machinery used in the tissue manufacturing process, including adjusting settings and performing basic troubleshooting.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections of products and processes to ensure quality standards are met, reporting any defects or issues to the Shift In-Charge.
⚜️Maintenance Support: Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment as directed by the Shift In-Charge.
⚜️Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production data, machine performance, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, participating in safety training and drills as required.
⚜️Collaboration: Work closely with the Shift In-Charge and other team members to optimize production efficiency and address any operational challenges.
🔰 Qualifications:
⚜️Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical or electrical fields.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the tissue or paper industry.
⚜️Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
⚜️Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
⚜️Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
