Position Title: Banquet Manager

Job Summary:
Titanic Hotel & Spa is seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to lead and coordinate all banquet and event operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all functions—ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate events—are executed flawlessly while delivering five-star service that exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all banquet operations including weddings, conferences, corporate functions, and private events.
- Supervise banquet staff including captains, waiters, and setup crew; ensure training and development to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and AV departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions in accordance with event orders and hotel standards.
- Ensure client requirements are met and maintained throughout the event; handle last-minute requests with professionalism and flexibility.
- Monitor event timelines, service flow, and guest satisfaction during all functions.
- Control labor costs and manage inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of all banquet spaces and storage areas.
- Provide post-event feedback and reporting to improve future operations and client experiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in banquet operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and multiple events simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of event setups, service flow, and guest experience standards.
- Proficiency in banquet software and event management systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is necessary
