Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. She will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth execution of all sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and lead tracking systems.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up on leads and prospects as directed by the sales team.
- Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of products/services to clients.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of sales events and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
