The Recruiter reports to HR Operations Manager and takes care of full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, engage, and hire top talent
- Source, screen, and assessing candidates for diverse roles across departments
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
- Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment compliance standards
- Provide regular recruitment reports to the line manager.
Experience:
3 years of Similar work experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management or Similar field.
Nationality: Iraqi
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
Fluency in English
