Job Title: Escape Room Operator
Location: Mosul
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Reception: Welcome visitors, explain game rules, and answer inquiries.
2. Game Management: Operate the escape room, monitor players’ progress via cameras, and provide hints when needed.
3. Safety Assurance: Ensure players follow safety rules and intervene when necessary.
4. Room Maintenance: Inspect puzzles and props after each session and perform necessary upkeep to maintain quality.
5. Booking Management: Schedule appointments, record reservations, and handle payments when required.
6. Social Media & Phone Bookings: Respond efficiently to inquiries via social media and phone calls.
7. Performance Analysis: Collect customer feedback, report on room performance, and suggest improvements.
8. Marketing Participation: Support promotional activities through social media and event participation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• A university degree (preferably in management, tourism, or entertainment).
• Passion for puzzles and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers of all ages.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple groups daily.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, entertainment, or event management is a plus.
• Priority will be given to female applicants.
