Job Summary
This Role responsible for supporting stocktake preparations and audits. This includes assisting in prelisting, preparing stocktake templates, schedules, and cutoff procedures. The role involves performing stock freezes in the SAP system, auditing stock counts for accuracy, and processing stock count data. Additionally, the Stocktake Assistant generates variance reports, investigates discrepancies with operations, and participates in CCTV and inventory reviews to ensure inventory integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in prepare prelisting for a planned stocktake.
- Assist in Prepare stocktake template, master files, schedule and cut off procedures.
- Perform freeze stock in SAP system.
- Support and assist in conducting audit of stock count by operating stores.
- Perform Audit counting accuracy during stock count.
- Assist to process stock count data in SAP system, generate variance report to verify with operation.
- Participate in CCTV and inventory review process
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by management as and when is needed
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Minimum in STPM or a related field
- Knowledge in receiving and retail is added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Good communication skills.
- Work under pressure and adapt to changes.
