The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be critical in optimizing customer service operations by effectively integrating business acumen and HR expertise within a dynamic, remote, and challenging environment. This position is the go-to person for all employee-related issues, vital in delivering a broad spectrum of HR support, strategic guidance, and planning essential to advancing the company's mission. Duties will involve designing, planning, and managing standardized effective procedures related to employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. The HRBP will actively support the company's vision, mission, and values.

- Lead and manage the HR Customer Service section to ensure excellent delivery of services.
- Consult with HR management and provide guidance when necessary.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management, reducing legal risks and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Offer guidance and interpretation of HR policies to managers and employees.
- Responsible for maintaining updates to the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) using Workday.
- Responsible for adequately administrating the Defense Base Act (DBA) claims and all medical leave requests.
- Responsible for the proper administration of employee discipline and corrective actions.
- Responsible for establishing procedures for the Customer Service section to ensure delivery of quality customer service to employees.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in partnership with the Employee Relations Specialist.
- Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- General knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- General knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law.
- Thorough knowledge of ADA, EEOC, DBA, MLOA
- General knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).
- MBA/MSHRM preferred; BS/BA required (in certain situations, relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of education).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours.
- Advanced ability to handle multiple tasks and details in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Extremely flexible, with the ability to work through stressful situations professionally.
- Minimum of one (1) year of international experience.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Possess a valid home of record driver’s license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK CONDITIONS
- Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
- May require bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
- Good eye and hand coordination is required.
- Constant use of sight, speech, hearing, frequent keying and use of computer and common office equipment required.
- The work location is in an extremely hot, austere, and potentially hostile environment.
