Main duties & responsibilities:
The insurance consultant is responsible for promoting and selling Toyota insurance products to customers visiting the SAS showroom. Providing excellent customer service by explaining policy options, assisting with applications, and ensuring smooth coordination between the dealership and insurance providers. The role involves meeting sales targets, handling documentation, and staying updated on insurance regulations.
Required Qualification:
- A BSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or a relevant field.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and documentation.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and CRM tools.
