Position Summary:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for executing sales strategies and achieving set objectives, as well as guiding and developing the sales team for success. The Sales Supervisor oversees the leadership, motivation, and guidance of the team to ensure consistent and effective performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with management.
- Monitor the execution of marketing and sales strategies effectively and ensure desired results are achieved..
- Address and investigate complaints and problems, finding practical solutions.
- Prepare and update a monthly list of targeted customer categories according to specified sales goals.
- Prepare and present daily reports including completed tasks, achieved results, and future tasks to the sales manager.
- Organize customer visits in collaboration with new representatives to strengthen relationships and improve customer service.
- Monitor and provide support to important customers, traders, and business people, in coordination with the sales manager.
- Follow up with existing customers to renew relationships and ensure their satisfaction and continued cooperation with the company.
- Prepare weekly lists of target categories and analyze data to identify trends and improve strategies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers to enhance sales and increase revenue.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure the sales team’s compliance.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales field
- Proven experience in forex sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic, Knowledge of English is advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Job Shift:
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (10:00 AM till 6:00 PM)
Working Days: 5 days per week (Sunday till Thursday)
