Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Sales Specialist., you must effectively perform the below tasks.
Business Development
• Prospect and identify new corporate clients for car rental services.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
• Understand their transportation needs and tailor car rental solutions to meet their
requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
- • Search and identify the government, corporate and non-governmental organization
- tenders, prepare, and submit the tenders on time, and ensure that the deals are obtained.
Account Management
• Manage existing corporate client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their changing transportation needs
and preferences.
• Offer personalized solutions to meet their needs and resolve any issues or concerns they
may have.
Sales Strategy
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach target corporate clients.
• Use data analytics and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activity to stay ahead of the
competition.
Sales Performance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Sales Reporting
- Regular sales reporting is a key responsibility of the corporate sales specialist. They track
- sales activities, monitor progress towards sales targets, and provide detailed reports to
- management. These reports help to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and
- identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship Building
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients.
- • Develop a deep understanding of their transportation needs and preferences.
- • Offer personalized solutions to meet their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualification & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the car rental or transportation
industry.
• Excellent negotiating and communication skills, as well as the ability to use Outlook and
Excel spreadsheets.
• Able to communicate both written and verbal in English, Arabic and Kurdish.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Familiarity with data analytics and market research.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
