Tele Sales Coordinator
Main duties & responsibilities:
The Tele Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive follow-ups, and the ability to manage CRM data effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Required Qualification:
- Diploma or BSc. Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, CRM, or a relevant field.
- Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish, with intermediate English for reports and emails.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data and support CRM activities.
