Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on autism
and delayed speech development.
● Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with patients and track their progress.
● Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
consistent support for patients.
● Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
● Educate families and caregivers on speech and communication strategies.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy

Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech therapy, with a focus on autism and delayed
speech development.
● A Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy or related field is required.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
● Knowledge of current therapy practices and techniques for speech disorders.
