Main duties & responsibilities:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and drive retail sales, including evaluating sales techniques, ensuring alignment with Lexus’ objectives, and maintaining the showroom. Additionally, the supervisor provides training, monitors performance, collaborates with marketing, and ensures compliance with dealership policies and industry standards.
Required Qualification:
- A BSc. degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a relevant automotive field.
- At least 8 years in the automotive industry, including 2 years of senior level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies and CRM tools.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic languages is mandatory.
