Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview potential rider candidates.
- Conduct background checks and verify references.
- Prepare and process all necessary employment documentation (contracts, IDs, etc.).
2. Rider Management:
- Ensure riders comply with company policies and Talabat's guidelines.
- Monitor rider performance and address attendance, punctuality, and customer service issues.
- Manage rider schedules to ensure optimal workforce allocation.
- Handle rider requests and resolve any challenges they may face.
3. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rider performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all rider activities.
4. Rider Training:
- Conduct orientation and training sessions for new riders on company policies, safety procedures, and Talabat platform usage.
- Provide ongoing training and support to riders on customer service, route optimization, and safe driving practices.
5. Documentation:
- Organize and maintain rider documents in an accessible and structured manner.
- Collect and securely store physical copies of necessary documents.
- Follow up with riders to ensure timely renewal of required documents.
6. Equipment Distribution:
- Coordinate with the main office in Erbil to receive the necessary equipment.
- Inspect rider equipment and arrange for replacements.
- Ensure the equipment inventory system is regularly updated.
- Manage equipment distribution efficiently to ensure all riders (old or new hires) have the required gear.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
